Yes. A beginner who shows up beats an experienced lifter who doesn't. We start from where you actually are and build from there. No judgment, no shortcuts skipped.
Full injury history is part of intake and assessment. We program around limitations, not over them. Where something needs medical attention beyond my scope, I'll refer.

Within 5 working days of signing the coaching agreement. GP Prime begins with a 60-minute virtual onboarding session. GP Core goes straight to programming.

You log sessions in the GP Platform. Weekly check-ins reviewed every Monday, form videos Wednesday and Saturday, daily messaging. GP Core runs a short training-and-recovery check-in. GP Prime goes deeper: training, recovery, sleep, nutrition, habits. Every one gets a response.

Most programs are written around a standard commercial gym. Home gym, minimal equipment, hotel gyms, we cover that on the discovery call and design around what you've got.

Travel doesn't have to mean time off. Tell us ahead and we'll adjust the week for what you have access to (hotel gym, minimal equipment, bodyweight). Sickness happens too. We scale back and pick up when you're ready.
Travel and sickness happen. Missed sessions are added to the end of your package. 3-month packages extend up to 4 months; 6-month packages extend up to 8 months. We'll also give you something to do on the road if you want it.
Week-to-week flexibility is built in (see travel and illness above). Between blocks, you can switch packages if your goals shift. Pauses are handled case-by-case when something genuinely requires it.
Bumping frequency up (2x to 3x) is usually easy, we just add sessions to your week. Pausing is more complicated because your slots are held for you. Handled case-by-case for serious life events.
Sessions are 60 minutes, 1-on-1 at Kings Fitness Downtown. You arrive 15 minutes early to run your warm-up (we'll walk you through it on day one). The full hour is coached work: form cues, adjustments, progression, recovery between sets.
Reschedules need 24 hours' notice. We'll find a new slot in the same week. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or arriving more than 15 minutes late, count as the session used.
