Periodised training built on Strength, Range, and Coordination. Sessions run at Kings Fitness. Nutrition built on your gut and hormone profiling, and your schedule.

Educating

You leave every session understanding why: why this lift, why this cue, why this habit. Clients who get it, not clients who depend on us.

Iterating

Every session adapts to your readiness. Weekly check-ins, habits, biofeedback, messaging. The plan shifts when your body or your week does.

  1. Screening. 90-min in-person onboarding: intake, physical screening, plus health, gut, and personality screening. Bloodwork review if indicated.
  2. Planning. Periodised training plus nutrition and health guidelines. Loaded into the GP Platform, coached in the room.
  3. Educating. Every session teaches you the why: why this lift, why this cue, why this habit.
  4. Iterating. Weekly check-ins, biofeedback, habits tracking, messaging. The plan adjusts session by session.

What to expect

Every timeline depends on two things: your goal and your consistency.

  • Fat loss: 2–3 months to see real progress.
  • Muscle and strength: 6–12 months for meaningful gains.
  • Performance: depends on your sport, your history, and your starting point.
  • Health: surface wins (energy, sleep) in weeks; deep work (hormones, gut) months to +12 months.

Do you coach beginners?

Yes. A beginner who shows up beats an experienced lifter who doesn't. We start from where you actually are and build from there. No judgment, no shortcuts skipped.

What if I have injuries?

We assess full injury history in the 90-minute in-person onboarding. We program around limitations, not over them. Where something needs medical attention beyond coaching scope, we'll refer.

When does training start?

Once you've signed the coaching agreement, we book your 90-minute in-person onboarding as soon as possible. Your first coached session at Kings Fitness happens within 5 working days.

What does a session look like?

Sessions are 60 minutes, 1-on-1. You arrive 15 minutes early to run your warm-up (we'll walk you through it on day one). The full hour is coached work: form cues, adjustments, progression, and recovery between sets.

What if I need to reschedule a session?

Reschedules need 24 hours' notice. We'll find a new slot in the same week. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or arriving more than 15 minutes late, count as the session used.

What if I travel or miss a full week?

Travel and sickness happen. Sessions you miss are added to the end of your package. 3-month packages extend up to 4 months; 6-month packages extend up to 8 months. We'll also give you something to do on the road if you want it (hotel gym, bodyweight, minimal equipment).

Can I pause or switch frequency?

Bumping your frequency up (2x to 3x) is usually easy, we just add sessions to your week. Pausing is more complicated because your slots are held for you; we handle it case-by-case for serious life events. Travel and sickness are covered above.
