Grossen Performance is a shared marketing name used by two independent coaching businesses based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada:

This website does not collect personal data directly. We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or contact forms on this site.
We self-host our fonts instead of loading them from a third-party CDN, so your browser does not share your IP address with any outside service when viewing these pages.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure how many people visit the site and which pages they read. This service does not use cookies, does not track you across websites, and does not store any information that could identify you personally. Aggregate visit counts are the only data collected.
When you book a discovery call through Calendly, your name, email address, and any information you provide in the booking form is collected and processed by Calendly Inc. on our behalf. Please refer to Calendly's privacy policy for details on how they handle your data.
When you contact us via email or Instagram, the data you share is processed through those respective platforms.
If you subscribe to our free PEAK nutrition guide or to occasional emails from us, your email address (and name, if you provide it) is processed by MailerLite, an email marketing platform based in the EU, acting on our behalf. MailerLite stores your email only for as long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the footer of any email we send.
On pages that display the PEAK signup form (homepage and coach pages), MailerLite's script is loaded from their servers, which means your IP address and user-agent are shared with MailerLite when those pages render, not only when you subscribe. Any personal data you provide (through Calendly, email, or Instagram) is used solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule calls, and deliver coaching services if you choose to work with us. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. If you request deletion of your data, we will comply within 30 days.
